How to Deploy Microsoft Integrations Across Your Organization

Phase 1: Adding and Authorizing Microsoft Tool [00:00:00 - 00:01:18]

Step 1: Access Tool Administration [00:00:00 - 00:00:24]

1. Open the Settings menu from the main navigation.
2. Select ToolAdmin to open the integration management dashboard.

Note: Only users with Administrator permissions can access the Tool Administration area.

Step 2: Locate and Add Microsoft Tool [00:00:24 - 00:00:58]

1. Remove any active filters to display all tools available in the AidEun Marketplace catalog.
2. Locate the Microsoft tool from the list.
3. Click Add to Organization to make the tool available for configuration in your tenant.

Step 3: Grant Admin Consent [00:00:58 - 00:01:18]

1. Click Grant Admin Consent.
2. Enter your organization's Microsoft domain when prompted.
3. Complete the Microsoft authorization prompt using an account with appropriate administrative privileges.

Note: The user granting consent must have Cloud Application Administrator permissions or a higher Entra administrative role. AidEun automatically creates and configures the required Enterprise Application inside Microsoft Entra upon approval.

Phase 2: Configuring Operations and Permissions [00:01:18 - 00:02:43]

Step 1: Configure Role-Based Permissions [00:01:18 - 00:02:05]

1. Open the permission configuration panel for the Microsoft tool.
2. Assign access permissions to specific user roles based on operational requirements.
3. Select multiple operations for bulk assignment or configure individual operations separately for granular control.

Step 2: Finalize Deployment [00:02:05 - 00:02:43]

1. Save the permission settings to complete the administrator setup.
2. Verify that the tool status updates to deployed and ready for workspace activation.

1. Navigate to MyTools and click Browse Marketplace.
2. Select the organization-approved Microsoft tool.
