How to Deploy the RamBase Tool Integration

Phase 1: Add RamBase to Your Organization [00:00:00 - 00:00:52]

1. Open the Settings menu.
2. Select ToolAdmin to manage tools and integrations for your organization.

Note: Only users with Administrator permissions can access the Tool Administration area.

Step 2: Locate RamBase in the Marketplace [00:00:26 - 00:00:36]

1. Remove any active filters to display all tools in the AidEun Marketplace.
2. Locate the RamBase Tool and click Add to Organization.

Step 3: Enter Database and Authorization Details [00:00:36 - 00:00:52]

1. Enter your RamBase database name.
2. Open the Authorization tab and input the Client ID and Client Secret provided by your RamBase contact.
3. Click Submit to add the tool to your organization.

Phase 2: Configure Access to RamBase Operations [00:00:53 - 00:02:11]

Step 1: Filter and Select Required Operations [00:00:53 - 00:01:33]

1. Review the available operations and filter by business areas such as Production, Sales, Procurement, or Product.
2. Enable the operations that match your business use cases (e.g., starting with safe GET operations such as GET /Product/Products and GET /Product/Products/{productId}).

1. Define which user roles are permitted to access each specific operation.
2. Assign permissions in bulk across multiple operations for fast deployment, or configure operations individually for granular access control.
3. Save your permission settings to complete the administrator deployment.

Step 1: Activate Tool in User Workspace [00:02:12 - 00:02:44]

1. Navigate to MyTools in the user interface.
2. Select Browse Marketplace to view approved organizational tools.
3. Click Add to MyTools on the RamBase Tool.
4. Complete authentication by signing in with your RamBase user credentials.

Step 2: Utilize RamBase in AI Workflows [00:02:45 - 00:03:28]

1. Select View Operations to verify all RamBase operations granted to your role.
2. Use RamBase operations directly inside AidEun conversations, automations, workflows, and AI-powered business processes.
