Where is customer data stored by AISolutions?

All primary databases, file stores, and persistent customer data for AidEun and SalesQuote are hosted exclusively in Microsoft Azure's Norway East region in Oslo/Hamar.

Are AI prompts used to train base models?

No. AISolutions enforces a strict Zero-Training policy with OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Customer inputs, prompts, and outputs are processed ephemerally and are never used to train or fine-tune public AI models.

How is data transfer to India (Novel Teams) secured?

Support personnel in India have remote read-only access for maintenance only. No local copies of customer data are created or stored in India, and the transfer is legally protected via EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC Module 3) and a completed Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA).
